Customer Support

Telephone Support:

With the payment of your annual support and update fees, you receive unlimited telephone support. Unlike other Software Companies, we do not place any limits on duration or frequency of calls. At ComMicro we do not believe in the "pay by the minute" approach, instead, if you have a question or a problem simply pick up the phone. Our support lines are open Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. E.S.T.

Fax Support:

Faxes can be received, by our office, 24 Hrs. per day, 7 days per week. Faxes are responded to the next business day. E-MAIL SUPPORT All E-mail received, by our office, will be responded to the following business day.

On Site Support:

On site support is available to businesses, in Ontario, at an hourly rate. * Extra charges for Travel Time (based on your location) may apply.

Support Via Modem:

We also offer remote support with the use of a modem and PC Anywhere or Carbon Copy Software. This process allows us to take control of your computer and perform tasks as if we were sitting in front of it. We can repair damaged files, transfer files and run programs. Modem Support not only saves travel time, but support of your system is available in a far more expeditious manner. * Extra charges may apply.


Unlike other companies, ComMicro does not charge a separate fee for updates. Payment of the one support fee entitles you to updates any time during the year. On an average, the ComMicro "Payroll Packages" are updated one or two times a year. The updates often include many features requested by our users and will be shipped to you at no charge. The "Payroll Systems" must be updated a minimum of once a year as government tables and calculations usually change.

Premium Support Contract:

ComMicro has targeted our "customized" clients to receive our Premium Support Contract. By purchasing, in advance, for a set fee you will receive a block of our time. You may utilize this time in whatever manner you choose. (E.g.: Custom Programming, On Site Support, etc.)
